Anke AC servo motors, paired with self-developed servo drives, form a complete motion control system. The servo motor is equipped with a high-precision encoder to form a real-time closed-loop position feedback, which continuously corrects position deviations during operation and eliminates step loss issues. The motor features rapid dynamic response, excellent acceleration and deceleration performance, supports high-frequency start-stop and quick commutation; it can continuously output stable torque at low speeds, ensuring smooth operation with minimal vibration. Additionally, it has short-time overload capability, can withstand the impact load at the moment of startup, maintains controllable temperature rise during long-hour continuous operation, and delivers consistent positioning repeat accuracy, making it suitable for automation equipment with high requirements for motion speed and control precision. The product specifications range from 200W to 2.6KW, with optional configurations such as brakes, absolute encoders, and bus communication, to meet the installation needs of different mechanical structures.
The matched servo drive serves as the control core of the entire system, integrating multiple safety protections including overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. It supports various control modes such as pulse, 485, and bus, and is compatible with mainstream PLCs and motion controllers available in the market. The drive parameters are adjustable, allowing flexible optimization of rigidity, filtering, and acceleration/deceleration curves based on the mechanical characteristics of the equipment, to adapt to different working conditions such as cutting, handling, and reciprocating platforms. The motor and drive are matched as a complete set before leaving the factory, offering better compatibility, reducing commissioning failures, and supporting complete set supply as well as separate selection and procurement.
